bs/ba degree required and advanced degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
4-10 years call center or operations experience

pc skills including microsoft office (power point, excel, word) and lotus notes
high proficiency in problem solving, and strategic management
excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to build trust and credibility
